Contract
Contract Period
The contract period is at least 1 year and will be extended for another year if not cancelled before.
Payment
The rent including utilities is paid semi-annually in advance.
Insurance
The garage park insures the large-capacity garages/small storage sheds against liability damage. The insurance of the contents is individual and therefore the tenant’s responsibility.
Termination
Termination is possible with at least 2 months notice to the end of the contract period.
Facilities
Power connection
There is a separate power connection in each garage.
Wind and Weather Protection
The facility is fully protected from wind and weather, as well as frost.
Fresh water
At our facilities there is a fresh water connection, through which, for example, water tanks can be refilled.
Restroom
There is a restroom in the facility that is available to tenants.
